Mood Board from Art Joy of Sharing

Hello Friends,

As some of you know, Peg Robinson and I have an art community group over on Facebook called Art Joy of Sharing. In conjunction with that group we also have a Youtube channel for livestreaming every Thursday at 8:30 AM Pacific time called ART Joy of Sharing LIVEstream. But maybe you didn't know that we offer a few challenges in the group, one of them being a monthly mood board to inspire you. Peg Robinson and I trade off creating the mood board and for May it was her turn.

Inspired by this sunny and warm mood board full of joy, I created an art journal page in my homemade gel print page journal. 

I used some fun stencils and mark making over some painty papers to create collage elements and then put a dancing girl in the middle of it all.  To see a video of the process

For today's livestream show on ART Joy of Sharing LIVEstream channel the topic was neutral colors in art. I made a video about this basics topic in advance as I am traveling and was unsure if I would be able to join the livestream. My video talks about how to mix neutral colors with acrylic paint and why they are important to use. I also created an art journal page in a small journal to use the colors I mixed.
